Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, once payment is complete. Cash on Delivery option is only available in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane region.

We do not dispatch outside INDIA.

Courier

We try to select the best available courier companies under the given conditions.

Shipment Time

For Standard Shipping, please allow 7-10 days for the package to reach you.

For Expedited Shipping, the package should reach you between 3-4 days.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the Courier Company, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers, in which case you will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Undeliverable Items

In case of erroneous addresses or “No One At Home” situations, if the package comes back to the company undelivered, to and fro courier charges will be levied to you and the balance will be refunded to your account.

Returns Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns

You can return any product within 15 days of the date of delivery. You must initiate the return process within these 15 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return an item, send us an email at customercare@nichem.solutions and send initial data like

  1. Reason for Return
  2. Photo of the Invoice or the Order Id
  3. Photos of the product in the current state

Once your communication to NICHEM is received, you will receive a call from the Customer Care team is required. If the return requested is accepted, then you will need to send your item to:

You will need to initially pay for the shipping charges to send the item back. If the return request is accepted, these charges will also be refunded

The following situations are NOT ELIGIBLE for refunds:

  1. Product with obvious signs of use
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  3. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds or Exchange

If your Return request is approved, then your refund will be processed, including the shipping charges you incurred while buying the product and while returning the product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Alternatively, if you want a replacement product, you can opt for the same. We will send you a replacement free of cost.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and unfortunately, they will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
